Thin Mint Pancakes

Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie Clean Redo

SUUUUUUPER Chocolatey 


1 T coconut flour
1 T each carob and cocoa powder (or use 2T of either)
½ scoop chocolate whey protein
¼ tsp baking powder
Stevia packet
1/3 cup egg whites
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ tsp maple extract
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
10 drops chocolate liquid stevia
Dash Salt
**If needed** thin out with 1-2 T almond milk

For topping blend: 1/3 cup spinach, 1/3 cup frozen berries, 1 T whey protein, 3 T water, few drops chocolate stevia

Macros for pancakes: 186cal, 2g fat, 16g carbs, 24g protei
