Almond Parmesan Crusted Fish






This is my favorite way to cook fish! Works with salmon, cod, sea bass, tilapia, etc! YUM YUM YUM and super fast and easy

Recipe
1 T almond meal
1 T grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash salt

Spray 4 oz of fish with coconut oil and top with above mixture. Spray top again with more coconut oil and cook at 400 for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky!
