Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Made with Coconut Flour and Pumpkin--these pancakes are super moist!
Topped with pb2 sauce and cocoa nibs :)
Recipe:

2 T coconut flour
1 T vanilla whey protein
1/4 tsp each baking soda and baking powder
1 T flax meal
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Dash salt

Macros: 230 cal, 5.5g fat, 19.6 carbs (16g fiber), 22g protein
