RECIPE:
1/2 cup egg whites
1 T chia seeds
1 T chocolate whey protein
1 T cocoa powder
1 T riced cauliflower
1/2 T chocolate pb2
2 tsp coconut flour
2 T mashed banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash salt and cinnamon
2 packets stevia
3 drops chocolate liquid stevia
Macros: 225cal, 24g protein, 20g carbs, 7g fat
