Hello PB&J in a Pancake!
Recipe:
1 T oat flour
2 T peanut flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1 T cellucor peanut butter marshmallow whey protein
1/3 cup egg whites
1 1/2 T pumpkin (or applesauce, mashed bananas, or cottage cheese)
2 T almond milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 Stevia packets
Dash salt and cinnamon
180 cal, 22g protein!
