Recipe:
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup egg white
1 T flaxseed meal
2 tsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
Topped with melted almond butter, coconut flakes, and broiled grapefruit!
