Salmon Dill Sauce Wrap Up




RECIPE:

For the wrap mix:
1/3 cup egg whites
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/4 tsp baking powder
Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Dash Salt

Cook like a crepe

For Lemon Dill Sauce mix:
2 Tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dill
1/8 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder
Dash salt 

Layer dill sauce, salmon, and alfalfa sprouts on crepe and roll up!

Peanut Butter Banana Funfetti Pancakes

HALLELUJAH these are delicoius!

 RECIPE

1 Tbsp wheat germ
2 tsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp peanut butter marshmallow whey 
1 Tbsp peanut flour 
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup egg whites
3 Tbsp cottage cheese
1 Tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp banana extract
Dash salt, stevia, cinnamon

Cook pancakes like normal but before flipping add some SPRINKLES to the uncooked side!

Macros for pancakes without topping:
212 calories, 5g fat, 19g carbs, 25g protein

Salmon Zucchini and Sweet Potato Sushi

I am no master of sushi.
However... I like to make my food pretty.
TheCavery got me making rolls again, so here's my version of sushi!


Directions

You will need 2 Tbsp rice, grated carrot, julienned zucchini, julienned sweet potato, mashed avocado, and smoked salmon.

I layed out the smoked salmon in strips and layered juliened zucchini or julienned sweet potato on top. Then I put a little rice and carrot and mashed avocado in each. Rolled them up and the smoked salmon was sticky enough to keep them together!

I also made a spicy sauce to dip in made from mixing 2 Tbsp greek yogurt with 1/4 tsp sriracha and a splash of lime juice. 

Paleo Almond Crusted Sweet Potato and Bacon Roll Up

That's a Mouthful of a Recipe Title!

Directions

Julienne a Sweet Potato
Rub egg white on both sides of slices and sprinkle a mix of crushed almonds and paprika on both sides. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip and bake 6 more minutes

Layered half with smashed avocado and spaghetti squash
Layered half with cooked turkey bacon and alfalfa sprouts

YUM 
 

Sweet Potato Nut Butter Roll Up


These are very easy, simple and delicous!

Directions:

Julienne a sweet potato and spray the slices with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Remove and coat with nutzo butter.
Roll up and top with Walden Farms pancake syrup!

Simple Tuna Patties (low carb/high protein)




  





These are really quick and easy, very filling, and extremely low carb and high protein (35g)!



Recipe:

Mix one egg, 6oz no salt added canned tuna, 1 tsp flaxseed meal, 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese, mrs. dash garlic herb seasoning, few squirts lemon juice.
  
Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop up 
mix and place onto heated pan. Press 
down on top of tuna patty to make it
 more flat and cook each side until     
browned and cooked through :)

Almond Parmesan Crusted Fish






This is my favorite way to cook fish! Works with salmon, cod, sea bass, tilapia, etc! YUM YUM YUM and super fast and easy

Recipe
1 T almond meal
1 T grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash salt

Spray 4 oz of fish with coconut oil and top with above mixture. Spray top again with more coconut oil and cook at 400 for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky!

Chocolate Cake Pancakes


Because Sometimes all you need is CHOCOLATE to make your day better

RECIPE:  

1/2 cup egg whites
1 T chia seeds
1 T chocolate whey protein
1 T cocoa powder
1 T riced cauliflower
1/2 T chocolate pb2
2 tsp coconut flour
2 T mashed banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash salt and cinnamon
2 packets stevia
3 drops chocolate liquid stevia

Macros: 225cal, 24g protein, 20g carbs, 7g fat   

 

Almond Sweet Potato Fluffy Pancakes

Recipe:

1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup egg white
1 T flaxseed meal
2 tsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt

Topped with melted almond butter, coconut flakes, and broiled grapefruit! 

Peanut Butter Protein Pancake







Because I LOVE Peanut Butter just as much as I LOVE Pancakes

Recipe:

  • 1/2 scoop cellucor peanut butter marshmallow whey
  • 1 T oat flour
  • 1 T peanut flour
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 2 T mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 2 T cottage cheese
  • 1 T pumpkin
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Dash cinnamon,salt,stevia
Topped with berry compote mixed with 1 T protein powder and greek yogurt and walden farms caramel syrup!

Recipe:
1 T oat flour
2 T peanut flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1 T cellucor peanut butter marshmallow whey protein
1/3 cup egg whites
1 1/2 T pumpkin (or applesauce, mashed bananas, or cottage cheese)
2 T almond milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 Stevia packets
Dash salt and cinnamon

180 cal, 22g protein!

Cottage Cheese Chia Pb Pancakes








 Topped with a berry compost
Recipe:

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 T Greek yogurt
2 T vanilla whey protein
2 egg whites
1 tsp pb2
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 packets splenda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash salt

Vanilla Blueberry Protein Pancakes


Recipe:

1 T vanilla whey
1 T coconut flour
1 T oat flour
2 T pumpkin puree
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp each baking powder and cream of tartar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 T mashed banana
Dash salt
1 T almond milk to thin out if needed!

Macros: 153cal, 19g carbs, 6g fiber, 15g protein

Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Made with Coconut Flour and Pumpkin--these pancakes are super moist!
Topped with pb2 sauce and cocoa nibs :)
Recipe:

2 T coconut flour
1 T vanilla whey protein
1/4 tsp each baking soda and baking powder
1 T flax meal
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Dash salt

Macros: 230 cal, 5.5g fat, 19.6 carbs (16g fiber), 22g protein

Thin Mint Pancakes

SUUUUUUPER Chocolatey 

Recipe:  

1 T coconut flour
1 T each carob and cocoa powder (or use 2T of either)
½ scoop chocolate whey protein
¼ tsp baking powder
Stevia packet
1/3 cup egg whites
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ tsp maple extract
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
10 drops chocolate liquid stevia
Dash Salt
**If needed** thin out with 1-2 T almond milk

For topping blend: 1/3 cup spinach, 1/3 cup frozen berries, 1 T whey protein, 3 T water, few drops chocolate stevia

Macros for pancakes: 186cal, 2g fat, 16g carbs, 24g protei

Samoas Pancakes

This is the first of my Girl Scout Cookie turned Clean Pancake Redo!
A Caramel Chocolate Pancake topped with Chocolate, Caramel, and Shredded Coconut... need I say more! Yum yum yum! Enjoy :)image
Recipe:
1/4 cup mashed Sweet Potato
1/3 cup spaghetti Squash
1/3 cup egg whites (or 2 egg whites)
1 T each almond milk and beet juice (or 2 T almond milk)
1 T chocolate whey protein
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 T coconut flour
1/2 T carob powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp caramel extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 packet stevia
Dash Salt
Mix and cook on pan in small pancakes. Top with 1/2 T Mara Natha Dark chocolate almond spread, 1 T chocolate pb2, walden farms caramel and chocolate sauce, and unsweetened shredded coconut.

Macros without toppings: 162 cal, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 16g prtoein

Peanut Butter Pancakes with Hardening Clean Chocolate Sauce! uh YUM so much peanutbuttery chocolately greatness!

Recipe:
With hand blender blend:
1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 cup egg whites
Then mix in:
2T peanut flour
1/2 scoop cellucor peanut butter marshmallow whey protein
1/2 T peanut butter (I use peanutbutter&co white chocolate wonderful)
1 packet stevia
Dash salt and cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 tsp butterscotch extract

Cook on heated skillet **Note: these are a little flat so to make fluffier either add 1 tsp psyllium husk or 1T coconut flour**
For chocolate sauce mix:
2 T cocoa powder
1 1/2 T water
10 drops chocolate liquid stevia
1/2 tsp coconut oil

Macros for Pancakes: 253cal, 6g fat, 18g carbs, 34g protein
