Cottage Cheese Chia Pb Pancakes








 Topped with a berry compost
Recipe:

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 T Greek yogurt
2 T vanilla whey protein
2 egg whites
1 tsp pb2
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 packets splenda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash salt
